Refunds & Cancellation

This draft applies only if public billing is enabled later through Stripe.

Pilot period

During the smoke-test phase, pilot access should be handled manually unless a Stripe test link is explicitly enabled.

Cancellation

Customers should be able to cancel before the next billing cycle through the billing portal or support channel once Stripe is live.

Refunds

Refund terms must be published before any live charge. Until then, no public paid self-serve path should be advertised.
