Terms of Service

These draft terms govern pilot access to Invoice Operator, a PromptProfitStudio workflow product candidate.

Permitted use

Use is limited to businesses following up on their own B2B invoices. You may not use the service for consumer debt, third-party collections, harassment, or unlawful demands.

No legal advice

The service provides workflow support and reminder drafting only. It does not provide legal advice and is not a law firm or collection agency.

Operator responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing all reminder content, confirming invoice accuracy, and ensuring outreach complies with your contracts, policies, and applicable law.

Beta state

This smoke-test candidate may change, break, or be withdrawn. It is not represented as production-ready unless explicitly approved in the launch tracker.

Billing

No paid billing should be exposed publicly until Stripe terms, refund rules, and test-mode verification are complete.

Termination

PromptProfitStudio may suspend or terminate access for misuse, legal risk, or operational concerns.
